Bidi Bidi Bom Pom!

    giphy1  ‘
I love pizza!’  – Selena

This cocktail recipe is inspired by the late, sweet, Mexican songstress Selena Quintanilla-Pérez – and what’s more sweet and Mexican than a cocktail featuring pomegranate and Tequila?! This cocktail is a bit more pricey to make; so save it for special occasions. Like visiting the shooting range with your girl Yolanda

The Money Shot

‘I, Joan Crawford, I believe in the dollar. Everything I earn, I spend.’                                                                                                                                                        Joan Crawford

i like my men, like I like my coffee, relatively inexpensive and full of booze. Make sure your next cup of Joe is a stiff one with this recipe for the later latte’. A smoother, creamier take on the espresso martini.

You will need… one egg, Kahlua, vodka, espresso, sugar syrup, cream.

Separate the white from the yolk and add the white to your shaker

Shake the yolk until it is frothy

ADD 50 ml CREAM, 35 ml vodka and 10 ml sugar syrup to your shaker. (Make your own syrup here or try using different flavours!)

Add 25 ml of Kahlua and a shot of espresso to your glass

Pour the creamy vodka goodness from your shaker into the glass, layering the foamy mixture on top like a latte img_0120

And there you have it! The later latte! The perfect drink to sip on as your lawyer reads out your late husbands will.
